Absolutely loved the spaciousness of the apartment! The two bedrooms were perfect for the family, and the view of the river from the balcony was stunning. It really felt like a home away from home with all the amenities we needed.

The single bed's mattress was a bit firm for personal taste, but that’s just me.

Loved the place, had a really enjoyable stay which was $ 660 for 6 nights. We had a large bedroom. A lounge area, a kitchen, and a safe were provided. The hotel's location was central, close to the Willows shopping centre. And it was also close to the Cloncurry council...

I had a wonderful stay during my holiday and I'm really glad I chose Jacana Apartments. the location is fantastic, being very close to shopping centers, the lagoon, parks, the lagoon pool. the staff were experienced and attentive throughout my stay, making the experience even better.

The room was separate, and we had a good view of the river. It was beautiful with exceptionally comfortable beds and excellent bathroom. The place was stunningly beautiful and lovely, we would stay there again.

We stayed in an apartment right next to the water. the location was amazing and we were able to easily access everything we wanted to do in the area. the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, including a nicely equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. We loved sitting on the balcony with a beautiful view of the river.

The noise levels from the other apartments were unbearable.

I recently stayed at a hotel located on the banks of a beautiful river with picturesque walking tracks. This place was a perfect choice for me, as it offered a convenient location for attending an Anzac Dawn service with my military comrades. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and accommodating, even waiting a few extra minutes for me when my flight was delayed. I felt incredibly safe during my stay, thanks to the advanced security measures, such as the surveillance cameras, secure pedestrian gates, and electronic key access. This place provided more security than any other venue I have stayed at, both locally and internationally. Additionally, the spacious and clean rooms were equipped with excellent facilities, including a well-maintained swimming pool just a short distance away.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The only minor issue I encountered was some cobwebs on the wall photos in my room and confusion regarding the quilt covers.

We had a comfortable stay with all the basic amenities that we needed. the apartment had a stunning view of the river, and we loved being so close to some delicious restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary parking and the spacious balcony with lovely outdoor furniture to lounge on.

The kitchen lacked some essential utensils for cooking, and we struggled with a range hood that failed to remove steam. We were also not satisfied with the bedding arrangements which were not as comfortable as we expected.
